Migrating or transfering and existing DSL line to NumAfrica
- Step 1
We require the name and details of the person responsible for payment on the Telkom line including current speed on that line.
- Step 2
If the DSL Line is not with Telkom, arrange with the current ISP to convert the DSL line back to Telkom and when that is completed, inform us immediately so that we can submit a request for a line transfer to be processed.
