Once an order has been confirmed.
It takes between 4 to 6 weeks for the order to be completed, provided the local exchange for the line application supports DSL.
Step 1
We require the name and details of the person responsible for payment on the Telkom line.
”A copy of the ID document or Company Registration documents, depending if the application is in your personal name or business name is required to complete the application.”
Step 2
We then send all these details to Telkom for the line to be converted to DSL.

When the DSL line is completed, verify it via the following link:
