Clients require an existing standard Telkom telephone line. If an existing telephone line is not present, a line will need to be installed prior to applying for ADSL. Pre Paid phone lines are not supported.

ADSL Bundle packages have to be applied for in the same name as the owner of the existing Telkom phone line.

Client exchange must support ADSL. This will be confirmed at time of application.

The provision / availability of the ADSL service is dependant on the distance you are from your local exchange and Telkom line quality.

Telephone call charges will be billed directly by Telkom.
